Chandra Walker Holloway is a seasoned family law attorney practicing in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Holloway graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center and has more than eighteen years of litigation experience. Ms. Holloway exclusively handles family law matters, including divorce, high asset divorce, child custody, visitation, parental relocation, adoption, paternity, child and spousal support, pre/post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, neglect and abuse proceedings, and related appeals. During the course of her legal career, Ms. Holloway has tried more than 300 cases in the Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Prior to her work with Holloway & Norman Law Group, Ms. Holloway worked in the area of antitrust litigation as an associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, LLP. Ms. Holloway also practiced in the area of general civil litigation while working as an associate for Bonner Kiernan Trebach & Crociata, LLP and the Counsel Office for the Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO). She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, D.C. Family Trial Lawyers Association, and J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association.
Ms. Holloway is committed to serving her community and has a special interest in advocating for policies and laws that will improve the lives of women and families. Ms. Holloway served for six years as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commission for Women. In this role, Ms. Holloway worked to identify areas of law and policies that impact women and girls disparately and to advocate for remedies to these inequities. Ms. Holloway is a recipient of the Daily Record Top 100 Women in Maryland Award for the impact she has made on her community through her leadership, service, and mentoring. Ms. Holloway has also received citations from Governor Larry Hogan and Senator Christopher Van Hollen for her service to the community.
