Mike Hayes is a litigation attorney specializing in Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation law in Maryland. A lifelong Montgomery County Resident, Mike has always worked in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. Before beginning his litigation career, Mike was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, and he worked full time as a law clerk in multiple practice areas while earning his law degree.
Mike received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024 after balancing his full time job in Rockville with a full course load at night. Mike was a Student Attorney in the University of Baltimore’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, and also has legal experience in various forms of Immigration Defense, Trusts & Estates, and Family Law. Mike has been an active member of the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association since he was a law student, and he is always an active participant in Bar events, including the Annual Scholarship Banquet.
